Frequently asked questions

Our prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Most of the motorhomes we trade have been owned by private individuals and fall under the margin scheme, which means that VAT is not recoverable. If VAT is recoverable, we will display the price inclusive of VAT and the VAT-exclusive price in small print underneath.

No, we only sell to companies. Camperstock does not provide warranty coverage for post-delivery issues, so we exclusively sell to professionals who are capable of managing any technical issues. We require your VAT number before finalizing the purchase agreement.

We strive to provide a comprehensive description of any damages present in the motorhomes we offer. You are welcome to thoroughly inspect the motorhome at our location during the delivery process. If you identify any previously unmentioned damages, we can provide a fair market value compensation in terms of price adjustment. To take advantage of this compensation, it is essential that all defects are reported before the motorhome is transported.

Once we reach an agreement on the sale of a motorhome, we will first create a proforma invoice that includes our payment details. Upon receiving the full payment for the motorhome, we will issue the official invoice. Usually we give the official invoice at the same time as the pickup of the motorhome.

We prefer that customers pick up their motorhome at our location in Geel, Belgium. This allows us to confirm the state of the motorhome together before transport. If you require transport assistance, please contact us so that we can explore what options are available for your specific situation.
